Phil is a seasoned executive leader with 13+ years steering large organizations through digital, product, and e-commerce transformation. He currently serves as Executive Director, Head of Digital Product Growth & Channels at JPMorgan Chase, and previously spent over a decade at Verizon across a range of senior leadership roles at the intersection of digital, product, transformation, and growth, turning complex enterprise operations into measurable commercial impact.
As Founder of Burrows Stotz Digital Advisory, Phil helped shape the firm's strategy, frameworks, and long-term direction, drawing on deep enterprise operating experience and a proprietary set of growth frameworks. A recognized thought leader in digital transformation and the future of AI, he brings a pragmatic, energetic, and human approach to his work, fueled by strong coffee and late nights at the hockey rink.
